      hey so i want to tell ya about penny pingleton from the movie hairspray she's my favorite character from the movie  played by Amanda Bynes penny is a sweet funny cute girl who will do anything for her BFF tracy turnblat she has cute pig tails and always has a red lollipop in the movie she fall's in  love with seaweed  (played by Elijah Kelly)  and she sings amazingly !!!!!!!!!
